1. 100% ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED

Because all our crochet products are meticulously handcrafted and often made-to-order, we strictly require 100% advance payment at the time of checkout.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), partial payments, or post-delivery installment plans.

  • Production or handling of your order will only begin once the advance payment is fully processed and confirmed by our bank.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

To keep your transactions secure, we only accept major international and local cards. You can pay securely using:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

  • Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, or authorized online-enabled debit cards)

Note: We do not accept bank wire transfers, cheque payments, or cash mail.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY & ENCRYPTION

  • All credit and debit card transactions on our store are processed through a secure, certified third-party payment gateway that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.

  • Crochet by Rubina does not store, see, or have access to your private card numbers or CVV codes.

4. CURRENCY OF TRANSACTION

All prices on our store are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you are paying using a foreign local card, your bank will automatically convert the currency based on their daily exchange rate, and minor foreign transaction fees may apply from your bank's side.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Immediately after a successful card transaction, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email or WhatsApp notification along with your digital invoice. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us before attempting to place the order again.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our business and customers, all card payments undergo standard fraud screening checks. We reserve the right to cancel any order that flags security risks or appears to use unauthorized payment details.
