  • Production Time: Made-to-order items require dedicated production time. Estimated timelines will be shared upon order confirmation.

  • Order Revisions: Changes to custom designs, sizes, or colors must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. No modifications can be made once production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion. In the event of a change or cancellation, we will notify you via the email or phone/WhatsApp number provided at checkout.
