REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Crochet by Rubina, we take immense pride in our handcrafted creations. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with our return and refund process.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • We happily allow returns within 14 days from the date you receive your package.

  • To be eligible for a return, your crochet item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

2. OPENED PRODUCT

  • Because our products are delicate and handmade, any item that shows clear signs of use, alteration, or damage after opening cannot be accepted for a return.

  • If the item is opened but remains completely unused and in its original pristine condition, it will be eligible for a return.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping ($25) will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. DAMAGED, LEAKING, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • In the rare event that your handcrafted item arrives damaged, defective, or structurally compromised during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review the damage and gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Once your return package is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.

  • Since our items are made-to-order and handmade, cancellations requested after production has already begun cannot be accepted.

7. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

  • This policy is designed to provide clear guidelines and does not affect your statutory legal rights as a consumer under applicable local e-commerce regulations.
